Who doesn't love a great Phindy image? I know I do, and I think this little guy "Brave Heart" is just perfect for valentines day. Actually there are several great images that would work perfectly for the one you love.
Everything on my card is from my kit from My Creative Scrapbook. I've been doing some research on coloring lately and trying out some different techniques. I'm not great at shading and mixing colors so I've been really trying to do more of that. Let me know what you think and please don't be shy in critiquing. I could really use the help. Any links you know of for Prisma coloring would be greatly appreciated too. Everything is copic these days, it's been hard to find them. I might even see ya later today with another card. I have a couple still in the works!
Challenges entered:

Hi Jen!
ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job with the shading...I really like how you've made the inside of the pocket area look a little darker and also along the front of the zipper area on his pants... ReplyDeleteYou're doing very well with your Prismas, Jen. You're right there's not many of us using them really. (in comparison with copic artists). But I'll pass on a couple of others you might want to check out:
This lady is brilliant!

Your card is so beautiful, I love the swirls and the hearts and green is really my favourite colour!

Jen, you are doing very well with your Prismas!! It takes time to hone the colouring skills - couple of more months and you'll be surprising yourself. One main tip is always to decide where your light source is. Once you keep that in mind while colouring you're gonna be flying it!
ReplyDeleteBut honestly, your colouring is lovely already!
Hugs
Annika
